Before finalizing a transaction, the parties hold negotiations and agree on the key terms. Next, a comprehensive due diligence of the property is conducted: the history of its acquisition by the current owner is reviewed, the presence or absence of encumbrances is verified, and potential legal risks of third-party claims within the statute of limitations are assessed.
Legal ownership and technical documentation for the property is also requested and examined. Based on the collected information, the optimal procedure for completing the transaction is determined, and its structure is developed.
After that, the contract (or the required set of contracts) is prepared, and the ownership rights to the property are registered.
